Alan Fergusson, Howard Crawshaw, Gareth Forbes and Jason Harris really should know better. 50k doesn't sound far when you say it, but when you introduce a climb of 3.5k into that, albeit round some of the most scenic routes in Scotland, it starts to get longer.

Couple this with a lack of general ability, stamina and biking craft, we are in trouble! So we need your support to keep us going, and everyone at Chidren 1st, a very worthy clause, will be thankful of that support as well.
