Girls Out Loud is an organisation established in 2010 on a mission to raise the aspirations of teenage girls in the UK.  We do this by creating and delivering a range of intervention programmes in schools and the community aimed at embedding a more empowering mindset in our girls.  We focus on building confidence, self esteem and emotional resilience and all our programmes aim to introduce the girls to real role models.  Successful women, comfortable in their own skin, who remember what it was like to be a teenager and are committed to supporting girls today through the ever changing and challenging landscape.

All the money raised from our teen2teen campaign will be allocated to 15/20 schools in the UK who wish to work with us to deliver our Big Sister mentoring programme.  Big Sister is a 12 month programme for 14/15 year old girls who need some support to step up and shine.  We recruit, select and train awesome role model s who then become a  Big Sister mentor for a year.  Someone to guide them, inspire them and support them.  Can you imagine the difference having a Big Sister would have made to you when you were growing up?
