Luke Meessmann, Neil Dimmock and Nick Morrison, 3 expert, charitably-minded, Trainers at TenPilates have decided to put their fitness to the test and more importantly raise money for the only UK charity focused on supporting everyone affected by lung disease – The British Lung Foundation (BLF).
One in seven people in the UK are affected by lung disease at some point in their lifetime. The effects of lung disease range from the debilitating (asthma and bronchitis for instance) to potentially fatal conditions, like emphysema or lung cancer. The BLF not only support people that have been affected but also actively work to change lung health through awareness, campaigning and research.
The British Lung Foundation is a charity close to a number of people’s hearts at TenPilates and so was an obvious choice when deciding which charity to support.
