DEF ONE FOR THE LADS THIS CHRISTMAS !!!

A little about us both:

Teresa is 33 and lives in Ashford with her two children, Ryan 11 and Alex 7.  She is a community care worker in Ashford and has worked with both physical and learning disabilities.  Teresa enjoys karate, the gym and pole fitness classes in her spare time - 2010 calendar coming soon!

Simon is 29 and lives in Maidstone with himself!  He works for a large construction company as a quantity surveyor.  Simon has finally joined the gym in preparation for the trek.

Did you know £10 a month will help towards the running costs of Scope response, whose staff helped nearly 10,000 people last year.  It is an invaluable information and support service for disabled people, their families and carers.
