I'm about to undergo a course of treatments that is likely to cause my hair to fall out.  So I'm going to beat the drugs to it and shave it off myself, and thought it would be a good idea to try and raise some money while I do it!  For those that have known me since forever, it will be the first time I have been without a beard for 35 years!

I'm raising money for the Lymphoma Association who are the only specialist UK charity that provides accurate medical information and support to lymphatic cancer patients, their families, friends and carers.

There are over 10,500 new cases of lymphoma in the UK each year. It is the most common cancer in the 15-30 age group and the 6th most common cancer overall. Despite this incidence awareness of lymphoma is low and many patients first hear of it on diagnosis, making them feel extremely isolated.
