Terry Heath British Heart Foundation Charity Page

Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 2013 · 4 August 2013 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Last year my dad went to work suffering 'wind pains' and three days later, thanks to the pioneering work The British Heart Foundation support, he had a quadruple heart bypass and has now made a full recovery.
Without the speed of the surgery and the skill of everyone involved, there is a good chance I would be doing these events in his memory.
I decided to use this year to try and give something back, no matter how small, to the people who spend their lives making other people's better.
I will be taking on two cycling events, 52 miles for London-Brighton in June and then 100 miles for London-Surrey-London in August. I am a relatively new cyclists therefore can assure everyone I will be enduring a lot of discomfort and pain while doing these events.
Any donation you can give will be greatfully appreciated and used in a way to make other people lucky like my dad and family were.
