The Motoscape Rally is an exciting adventure where teams drive through seven countries in seven days in a car costing less than £250 - so the Three Musketeers definitely need a sense of humour to tackle this challenge!
Ian, Owen & John will wind their way through Europe in their cheaply purchased car and attempt to conquer the giant Stelvio pass along the way to the finish line in the Czech Republic. Covering a distance of over 2,000 miles, the trio will be working a tight budget and are seeking to have the best 'dressed' car on the road helping to attract even more awareness for The Christie whilst raising vital funds to help make a real difference to cancer patients both now and in the future.
As chief number cruncher for the trip Ian will be taking care of the currency conversion to make sure the team don't muddle their Euros, Swiss Francs or Czech Koruna's!
Owen's newly-acquired French language skills will also be put to the test just hours into the race when the team arrive in Calais!
John will be putting his past experience as a roller disco DJ to the test and taking full responsibility en-route!
