So i have decided to run the Baker Hughes 10k on the 15th May, along with 18 colleagues from work. I am raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity. 27 people a day is diagnosed with a Brain tumour and only 2% of the cancer research funding in the UK is spent on brain tumours. This is why i have decided to take part- having never ran this distance before this will be a challenge for me and my training is well underway so that I'm prepared for the day!
