Green Apple Quiz - 25th April

I'm raising money for The Food Chain
“The Food Chain's 25th Year!”

on 21 February 2013

The Food Chain exists to ensure that poor nutrition does not compromise the health prospects of people living with HIV in London. We help people get well, stay well and lead independent lives through crisis grocery deliveries, cookery classes, communal lunches and specialist dietetic advice.

Story

We are introducing another first from our Acorn House Kitchen - a quiz night! This kitchen space is usually the scene of a busy meal delivery service, a sociable Eating Together session or an Eating Positively class, but on Thursday 25th April, all eyes will be on Nigel Burch, our Finance and Facilities Coordinator, as he hosts our Green Apple Quiz!

We're afraid to say the quiz is now sold out.

Demand for the Green Apple Quiz has been staggering, with all tables selling out extremely quickly. Subsequently, we are already planning for another quiz later in the year!

Here's what you need to know about the evening:

- We kick off at 7pm

- The cost of a table is a £30 donation to The Food Chain.

- There is a maximum of 6 people per table/team (just £5 per head!)

- There will be now be 9 teams! (with chairs and tables, we have enough room for 54 quiz-goers!)

- Drinks and snacks will be on offer for a small additional donation.

Email fundraising@foodchain.org.uk if you would like some more information about tickets, or the quiz night itself. For those who are in a team, perhaps you can start thinking about your team name.

Test your knowledge against the Food Chain staff and other supporters, and raise money for people living with HIV in London in the process.
