ENABLE Scotland - Third Degree Burns · 25 January 2010 ·

Enable's mission is to create an equal society for every person with a learning disability. We are committed to amplifying the voices of people with learning disabilities and their families, to achieve positive change, through our grassroots and national campaigning.

Story

Claire, Malcolm, Iain, and Robert all currently work for CIBA, which is now part of BASF. We are all based at the Paisley site which has a long history of helping ENABLE. Given the current weather conditions we decided that the Fire Walk ENABLE are arranging was the ideal way to start 2010 and also get some heat into ourselves.

Third Degree Burns, as its been christened, takes place on Burns Night,  Monday January 25th in St Enoch’s Square, Glasgow.

As a group we have a set amount that we have to raise before the event so any donations be they big or small would be gratefully appreciated. You will be helping a very deserving cause and at the same time you will get to see friends and workmates panic at the thought of walking over burning embers!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - We raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks
