Stuart Hufton, Russel Pindar and myself are all mad cyclists.  We decided some time ago that we would like to try a mad ride from the Rowditch Inn in Derby to Skegness and back before the pub closes on the same day.  We recon that it is possible as long as we are fit, keep our mind on the job and set off early enough.  So along with our team manager Annie Withnall we hatched the plan and decided to raise much needed funds for Rainbows Hospice.

Therefore at 6.00am on Saturday 15th June the three of us will set off on the 100 mile journey to Skegness with Annie close by for support and sustenance.  The arrival in Skegness will be authenticated by photograph before we once again set off on the 100 mile return journey to try to reach the Rowditch Inn before Jan calls last orders at 11.00pm.
