The photo at the top of this page is the last time I undertook any serious physical activity. It was 4 years ago...

I'm now about to cycle 50km, hike 10km & canoe 4km... If there is a man more unprepared for this challenge, I'd like to meet him.

It's all in aid of the charity Centrepoint, all money raised will go towards continuing the important work done by them.

They help transform the futures of vulnerable young people and young families facing homelessness in London - providing them with housing, health and learning.

So please dig deep... I need all the motivatuon I can muster.
