well it looks like we're bloody doing it now. 

Myself and a merry cohort of comrades will be running, hobbling and possibly crawling our way around the Shropshire countryside for a few days in August, we'll be covering over 130 miles in 5 days, with the run being unsupported.   

We will be camping in the evenings under the stars with what we can carry on our backs. 

This is a mini-adventure (We Are Explorers) and an opportunity to see some of the stunning Shropshire sights.  

Please give generously to SSAFA - they are working to ensure that servicemen dealing with the mental or physical effect of service, and their families are looked after, not just with immediate care but for the rest of their lives, they have been supporting service people for over 130 years.
