Falkirk Churches Together Sponsored Walk · 15 August 2009

Compelled by Christ’s love, we help people in the world’s poorest places to lift themselves out of poverty, work together to protect our common home, and help people recover from disaster.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. For the fourth year in a row we are taking part in Falkirk Churches Together FALKIRK WHEEL WALK to raise money for SCIAF Scotland's largest Aid Agency, who provide aid through local partners to people in Africa, Asia and Latin America. On 15th August we'll walk about 7km from Lock 16 on the Forth and Clyde Canal, past the Falkirk Wheel (the world's ONLY rotating boat lift), on to Falkirk High Railway Station. We'll do it in about 2 hours, if we don't blether too much to our friends and don't have to fish Charlie out of the canal too often!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
