Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are The 60's Chicks - a team of 3 mothers, all born in the 60's! We have now undertaken and completed the physically and mentally demanding 10.5km run through Woodchester Park, near Stroud including a number of obstacles and challenges, which involved us getting up close and personal with nature, mud and water. We were pleased not to be last on the course, having completed the Whole Hog in 1hr and 44minutes! We completed The Whole Hog to raise money for The Cotswold Care Hospice which each year helps more than 500 people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Each and every day the hospice requires £4,750 to provide its vital services. We are pleased to have exceeded our fundraising target of £200 which will cover the cost of providing overnight care in the home for one patient.
