The Bee-Stung Lips have pursed and pouted their way across Hertfordshire and the South East since being established in 2010 by the irresistible force that was John Cooney. In addition to various roofs they've also raised almost £100,000 for a number of local and national charities whilst indulging their collective mid-life crisis. Following JC's untimely departure from the stage they have chosen to support Blood Cancer UK in his memory and to continue "baldly playing other people's songs badly...."

Unfortunately 'The Lips' have been silenced over the last year as another founding member, and literally its (heart)beat, drummer John Blain has, in a terrible coincidence, fought off a similar condition. They are, more than ever, proud to support this amazing charity.
