Story

My Story

On the 16th October 1987, in the midst of one of Britain's worst storms that even Michael Fish didn't predict, I was born. Now, some 24 years on, I am embarking on a run of over 9,999 metres for charity. That's over 1,000,000 centimetres of tarmac, which is, to put it into perspective, equivalent to running the length of 33,333 and 1/3rd 30 centimetre rulers. Needless to say, it's quite far.

I am doing this through KPMG and supporting our charity, Barnado's. Clearly, everyone's childhood should be one which is fun, happy and carefree. Unfortunately, some children don't get the same start in life that we'd hope for, and Barnado's exists entirely to help children enjoy life and to create a better future. I'm proud to support them, and I hope to raise as much as I can to further their aims.

If you could help out this charity with a small donation, your sacrifice will be to the benefit of a child who will be ever grateful for your help.

Many thanks for your support!
