In July 2010, The Flyers will again take part in the 4 Peaks Challenge, hosted by the Wooden Spoon Society. Up against 49 other teams, the challenge will be to scale the highest peaks of the UK, Ben Nevis, Helvellyn, Snowdon and Carantouhill in Ireland.

The main award for the challenge - The Challenge Bowl - is awarded on the basis of an amalgamation of running time and funds raised for the charity.  In 2007 & 2008 the Flyers came 1st overall in this category - the aim is to defend our title and regain first place in 2010 after taking a holiday in 2009.  Hopefully we can do this with your help in sponsoring us in our challenge.

ALL money raised for The Flyers will be ploughed into the Wooden Spoon's projects throughout the UK and Ireland helping disadvantaged and disabled children.
