Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’m doing the Cowman 70.3 triathlon run by big-cow events to raise money for the charity Help For heroes....not really a “challenge” I hear you say considering my previous events, Well I’m going to do it with a Domestic fridge in tow.

Yes a fridge...your every day under the counter family fridge weighing about 30-40kgs. I will be tugging it in a dinghy for the 2km swim, towing it in a bike trailer for the 92km cycle and then strapping it to my back for the 21km run.

This charity means an extreme amount to me as some of my closest friends have benefitted from the charity directly after suffering horrendous injuries while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Its this that drives me on to raise money knowing it’ll go directly to the service men who have given so much!!

Please donate what you can to aid in creating the best recovery possible for the Injured servicemen and women!!

Thank you, Rob Creighton
