Stuart, Ellis & Bex are taking part in a Family Team Triathlon event to support our chum and neighbour Adam Cowie (9yr) and his family raise awareness and fundraise for JDRF.  Stuart & Ellis are doing the 5km run and the 20km  cycle and Bex is doing the swim of 32 lengths of the pool and 20km cycle.

Adam was diagnosed with diabetes on 1st September 2013 and has been an inspiration to how he has adapted to it.  Adam never stops, he plays football for school and boys club, loves his BMX and is an extremely active little boy.
