Get Kids Going! helps disabled children take part in sport by providing specialist sports wheelchairs, sports grants and year round support. They can then compete in marathons, triathlons, tennis, athletics, skiing, rugby, basketball etc. With your help, many could become Paralympic champions and world record holders.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Thursday 21st June, 8 intrepid travellers will journey to Ittleville , France with nothing but a small back pack, bicycle and padded shorts to start the long journey back to the village of Newick in just 2 days.

Cycling over 150 miles the team are raising funds for Get Kids Going.  This is a charity close to the heart of the kids at Newick School, and helps get disabled kids into sport - which is very important - especially in the Olympic Year - if you can spare a few quid - please dig deep and help us help them.

The Great Eightscape team are:

Rob Boswell, Rob Alexander, Justin Carding, Darryl Quick, Cameron Jones, Jerry Murphy, Kate Alexander & Diane Reeds
