The IT Crowd are going to be travelling to Wales on the 6th June 2015 to take on the Samworth Brothers Charity challenge 2015 in order to raise money for Diabetes UK!

This challenge will include an 8km section of foot with a height gain of 274m, a 10km canoe section and finally a 30km bike section with a height gain of around 800m. A new compulsory activity has also been introduced this year in the form of an obstacle course.

All funds raised will go towards Diabetes UK as this is a charity that is very close to our team member Scott's heart as his son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 5. Harry, now 7, is using an Insulin pump instead of the 4-5 times daily injections he was previously on, and without the research by funded charities like Diabetes UK, technological advancements like this would not be possible.
