Basically, Dave and I are heading out to Zambia in September to do some work for our Mum's charity and before we go we want to raise enough money to help build at least one house once we get there! Many of the Zambian people live in appalling conditions with no money to improve their situation. Predominantly due to HIV, a woman will often be left with several children and no income. These substantial houses built by The Butterfly Tree are robust, spacious and have a concrete floor, and cost just £400 each. So, in order to see us slave in the Zambian sun, please make a donation. You know you can afford it. £3 from each of you means 1 less pint for you on Saturday, and an eternally changed lifestyle for a poor Zambian family.
