On Sunday 19th June 2011, Becky, Bec, Charlie, Claire, Fiona, Haidee, Jo, Kirsten, Meav & Nikki (The Pink Panters) will be running/jogging/walking/limping (delete as appropriate!) their way along the 10k Race for Life on Bournemouth seafront.  We are taking part in memory of our very special friend, Helen Smith, who sadly lost her battle with cholangiocarcinoma in October 2010.  This year we are raising money for AMMF, the only registered charity in the UK working to raise funds for research into cholangiocarcinoma, a liver cancer occurring within the bile ducts.  In the UK alone, more than 1,500 people are diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma each year, where it is responsible for more deaths per annum than cervical cancer.
