The Rugby Ground Challenge · 2 May 2010

Myeloma UK is the only organisation in the UK dealing exclusively with myeloma. We make it possible to live longer and better lives with myeloma. Through research and treatments, we find new ways to a cure. Together, we are the cure.

Story

The Rugby Ground Challenge in Support of Myeloma UK

The challenge: -

- We are 5 players from the Bakewell Mannerians RFC 1st XV squad.

- We are challenging ourselves to run 1 mile around the outside of every National League rugby ground in England in 1 week.

- There are 71 clubs currently playing in The Premiership, The Championship, National League 1 and National Leagues 2, South and North.  We will therefore have to average 10 clubs a day and drive more than 2500 miles.

- To achieve this we cannot afford to spend more than 30 minutes at each ground and we are keeping our fingers crossed for clear roads.

- We will commence our challenge on Sun 2 May 2010 and complete on Sat 8 May 2010 (the day of the Mannerians end of season dinner).

- All donations made will go direct to Myeloma UK.
