Many months ago, at a family get together, one of us (who had run the BUPA London 10K the year before) challenged the other cousins and spouses to do the same!

In the inevitable bravado that accompanies slight merriment at such events, many accepted the challenge!

We decided to raise money for Mutiple Sclerosis (MS) because one of us has suffered physically and mentally from MS for several years. The MS Charity that he wanted us to raise money for is the MS Trust,  because their vision is to enable people with MS to live their lives to the full.

 

There are more than 100,000 people with MS in the UK and the information and support provided by the MS Trust is available free to anyone affected by MS, whenever it is needed.

The MS Trust is an effective and respected advocate for people with MS and they are committed to supporting and developing MS specialist services in the UK to ensure that everyone affected by MS receives the best care possible.

Any donation you make (large or small) will enable the MS Trust to continue their sterling work in providing information and support for anyone affected by MS, undertaking education programmes for health professionals, funding for practical research and campaigning for specialist MS services.
