It's that time of year again where we're asking you to don your running shoes and join us in our annual fun run. This year we will be running a 10K riverside run with the option of a 5K run if you're not feeling quite up to it! We will be raising money this year for two amazing charities, Cancer Research UK and Help For Heroes. Our aim is to raise £1000 for each charity and to do this we really need your help! 
So whether you're a seasoned runner or the only running you do is running up a bar tab, grab some friends and come take part! You can run, walk, cycle or even rollerblade the route, it's all about having fun and raising some money!
Fancy dress is a must, there will be prizes to be won! 
The run will start at 3pm from the Watermans Arms Pub and Restaurant Brentford Middlesex which will also be our finishing line! Stick around after the run as we will be hosting a BBQ, Karaoke, Live Music, Games and much more. There will also be a raffle which includes prizes such as a Free Meal, Bottle of Champagne and even our very own Matt Laws as a slave for the day!!
