Some of you may remember that last year Peter, Paul & Jay, along with a few of the younger generation embarked on a tortuous ride from Brussels to Amsterdam in order to get/keep fit and in the meantime raise some money for charity.

Well, they are at it again!! With the addition of James Ellis from their office, they are cycling from Shrewsbury down through Wales to Fishguard. Starting on 1 August the 190 mile trip will take 3 days.

As in previous years, the intrepid bunch have a nominated charity they are looking to help. This year, for a number of reasons close to all of their hearts and minds, it will be Cancer Research UK . Therefore, if you have some spare cash that you don't know what to do with, please give us a thought!!
