<p>In my madness I have once again agreed to run a half marathon to raise money for AV UK. It is a small charity and each donation makes a big difference to deaf children and their families.</p> <p>Sadly Zia has abandoned me this time (or she is merely more sane), so I am running this one on my own. There has been more training than last time, although that wasn't hard to exceed. I am hoping to improve my time by at least 20 minutes.
