<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">I&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">am pleased and excited to be running the London Marathon this year for Cambridge House, a brilliant charity working in Southwark offering a number of services to alleviate the local effects of poverty and support social change.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Within their disability service they provide a programme called 19 Plus, this is a day centre that uses innovative methods for local adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities to develop their social and life skills. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">For people who have difficulty expressing themselves verbally, art is an important aid to communication.
