On the 5th of jukly 2010 me and 3 friends of mine are going to start a 250 mile bike ride from Chippenham to stithians lake using lakes owned by the South West Lakes Trust as stops and camping. the route takes us over 3 moors and will be very challenging because if the terrain, the route should take us 4 days with mountain bikes to complete the journey provided everything runs smoothly.

we plan to do this to raise money for three charities Help For Heroes, The British Heart Foundation and PHAB.

The plan is to also raise up to one thousand pounds.
