I am taking part in the Bupa Great South Run on Sunday 25th October, again this year. The run is a 10 mile run through Portsmouth, which I am aiming to complete within 1h 45mins this time round (hopefully). 

The charity I am running for is Celebral Palsy Sport, which is a charity that helps people with Cerebal Palsy fulfil their sporting potential.  More information on the charity can be found here: www.cpsport.org.
