We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

Right boys and girls,

As you probably dont know I like a bit of running and am down to race the Sheffield Half Marathon next weekend. Unfortunately injuries have ruined any training that wouldn't have gotten done anyway, so I'm way behind where I should be and if I try to run fast I think I'll only hurt myself more.

So, to make the most of a bad thing, I've decided to have some fun with it and attempt to do the unthinkable and juggle the entire way. For good measure, I'll throw on some facepaint and a wig just to make a point of looking as terrible as possible.

Now, it should be noted that I've not really tried this before, have no idea how it will go, and whatever happens it should be a fair challenge. Not to mention that I'm now so unfit 13.1 miles is hard enough on it's own.

I think such a ridiculous task requires some motivation, so I'm gonna do it for the Stroke Association...for my Grandma. Any kind of donation is well appreciated, this is so last minute raising anything will be a bonus I'm lucky to be running as it is! Remember to gift aid if you donate :).
