Hi Guys and Dolls, 

I have decided that it would be a good idea to raise £1500 for a fantastic charity by running in the London marathon this year. In order to accomplish this MASSIVE figure I realized I was going to need some help from some generous, loving, kind, awesome people - yes you. BUT before you put your hands in your pockets I thought it was a good idea to let you know what your money would be going towards. 

The charity I will be running for is Phab kids (http://www.phabkids.co.uk/) which is an awesome charity who aim to promote and encourage people with and without physical disabilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete integration within the wider community and to make more of life together. Money raised will go to support the Phab club network in which there are over 200 clubs. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to help out a great charity and really improve the quality of children's lives, plus I will do some stupid shizzle to raise money along the way.
