Story
I woke up from an induced coma on 24th December 2001 and was told that my right arm and leg had been paralysed from a severe head injury- the hospital I woke up in had saved my life and I'd spend the next 7 months in their rehabilitation unit learning to walk and talk again.
Now I want to give something back. The Walton Centre NHS is the only centre of its kind in England to specialise in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and has helped many thousands of patients who have had a TBI or a stroke.
Your donation will go to research and helping improve the lives of patients and their families.
