There are seven of us cycling this route in 3 days (normally done in 6) over the August Bank Holiday weekend.  It is quite a personal challenge for me as I haven't cycled, or really done any other exercise, for about five years!  I have started training in earnest by going to a spinning class (cycling on the spot to music in a gym) and doing lunges almost everywhere I walk.

Please give whatever you can afford, as it is going to a great cause.
