Thomson Snell & Passmore's Jurassic Coast Challenge · 14 June 2014

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

On the 14th of June, I, along with 13 of my colleagues from Thomson Snell & Passmore, will embark on a 100km trek along the Jurassic Coast in Dorset to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society.  Over the course of three days I will test my physical endurance and will have to spend three nights sleeping in youth hostels along the way.

I can only assume that any kind donations I receive from those of you who know me well will represent donations for the achievement of me staying in youth hostels and to cover the fact that I will be required to wear walking boots and waterproof trousers (neither of which Zara sells, FYI).  You might also consider that completing this challenge will involve a group of colleagues spending three days and nights (for yes, we are sleeping in dormitorys) solid in each other's company...

We are trekking to support people living with dementia today and to help find a cure for tomorrow.

I hope that you will sponsor me with any spare pennies that you might have and help me support this worthy cause.
