One in 700 children is born with a cleft lip or palate and it only takes a £150 surgery to fix it and change their lives! We take this for granted but in certain countries like India, some families just can not afford this basic surgery. A cleft lip or palate is a real handicap which can make talking and eating hard or impossible and even worse, may result in discrimination because of the way person looks. The required surgery to correct for this birth defect is fast and effective.
All it needs is £150 so there's really no excuse! So please help us out!
