In a nutshell

Mon and Sam from Three UK are taking part in 8 Tough Mudders in 2015 in 7 locations with the support of 8 amazing teams. 

All to raise money for Dementia UK.

I'm going to lead the team in the South West (Cirencester) so need some like-minded people to support me, Sam and Mon to haul ourselves around the 12-mile obstacle course!

By the time Sam and Mon finish, they will have ran, climbed, swum and crawled almost 100 miles . Not to mention being electrocuted, jumped over fire and dived into ice-filled skips...

It's all for a great cause so dig deep and make our bruises worthwhile!
