Finished the walk!! Phew! the nite was long. While we were coming thru Normandy, it was pitch dark and it was raining.

Being a Doctor in training, every day I see women affected by gynaecological cancers. Our charity GRACE is raising funds to supportmuch needed research in this field. This is our small contribution to this cause.
As I train and prepare for this day having never done 22 miles before, we've just lost our grandmother. The number of people lining up the street outside her house is an indication of the number of lives she touched and improved. Ammama, you are and will always be my inspiration. I may not be able to achieve what she has but through GRACE maybe this would be possible. I know and see how GRACE is helping improve the lives of women affected by gynaecological cancers not just by supporting research but by provided much needed day to day equipment for patient care.
