On Thursday 18th November, Katie and I  will be walking over hot coals to raise money for a great charity - The Care Professionals Benevolent Fund - which is making a difference to care staff all over the country who need urgenty need financial support.

Yes, you read that right. WALKING OVER HOT COALS. ouch.
