September 9-15 I'm attempting the "Tour of the Giants" - 330km  in the Alps up a total of 24,000 meters. 

As some people know, I've had some health problems, making it more difficult to prepare for such an event.  I had a benign tumor commonly found in women and with minor surgeries I consider myself fortunate.

It gave me a better appreciation for what women with gynecological health issues experience. Many suffer in silence as it's a topic not easily discussed. My grandmother died of Ovarian Cancer. She had symptoms but did not speak about them, then was too late. 

I hope you will support Ovarian Cancer Action as they fund research but also awareness, giving women a higher chance of survival.  I am trying to raise £660.00. (£330 for 330km, double to honor my "nana")
