On the 6th August 2011 I'll be doing a 10k charity run with a twist....  a few obstacles will be in the way www.totalwarrior.co.uk/course.php ! When I signed up for this I didn't realise the extent of it, then realised it's not called "TOTAL WARRIOR" for nothing.

The charity "Matthew's Friends" raises awareness and promotes the use of a specially designed diet for children whose epilepsy cannot be controlled by drugs. They provide a huge amount of advice and direct support to the families and the professionals.
