From the 10th to the 13th of July I am pushing my body to its limit by cycling from London to Blois, France with 120 colleagues from across Saint-Gobain as part of the company's 350 year anniversary https://www.saint-gobain.com/en/350-years.

We'll be cycling 100 miles a day for four days. This means it is not a comfortable summer jaunt and will require many hours of rigorous training and one that will require sacrifices. The demands of four torturous back-to-back days means that weekends and evenings will mostly be spent training.

It's a challenge I'm up for though. 

We're raising money for the Saint Gobain Together Partnership (http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/about-us/charity-partners/) which this year is supporting two charities that do amazing work: Macmillan Cancer Support and the Irish Cancer Society.
