My wonderful sister asked me if I could take her place in a triathlon relay team and do the swim leg because she wanted to do the whole thing because she lost a good friend to cancer. Me being only slightly competitive said no, if you can do the whole thing so can I! 

So here I am raising money for help the heroes. I chose Help the Heroes because supporting the men and women in our armed forces is something very close to my heart, even though I wasn't given the privilege of being able to serve myself.
