Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So please dig deep and donate now.

The Charity Regain raises funds to support men and women who have become tetraplegic as a result of a sporting accident.

This is the 3rd year running that our team has entered this event, its a multi stage challenge consisting  of the following

It starts with a 20mile mountain bike ride followed by a quick dash up and down Mt Snowdon back on the bikes for a further 10m then into 2 Canadian canoes strapped together to complete a section of Lake Llyn Gwynant once more on the bikes to complete the last 10miles to the finish line for a lie down and a well earned beer !

If you have ever been to Snowdonia you will know the scenery is absolutely stunning however the terrain is truly unforgiving, its an extremely arduous challenge taking approx 7hrs..if you get round puncture free!! but the sense of achievement after completing has obviously had an effect this being year 3..that and a few loose screws.

So please donate to this very important charity knowing that 4 slightly mad lads will earn every penny with vast amounts of sweat and possibly a few tears.

Thankyou in advance for all your support

Tim,Jeff,Robbie and Serge

About the charity

Regain is the only charitable organisation dedicated solely to improving the independence of all British men & women who have become tetraplegic as a result of a sporting or leisure accident. A tetraplegic is unable to walk and has limited reach & dexterity because use of the arms is severely impaired.
