Story

The community of Yatton Keynell take part in an annual bike ride from Hyde Park to Yatton Keynell (a small village outside of Chippenham), which is 97 miles. This year it takes place on Sunday 13th June starting at 4am at Hyde park, London.

Several members of Tim's family have decided to take part in this event to raise money for Great Western Hospital in Swindon, who looked after Tim for a large part of the time he was suffering with Leukaemia during 2009 & 2010. Tim passed away at the Dove Unit within the hospital on 13th February 2010. He was looked after very well during his stay there and we feel that by raising some money for them we can give something back and provide funds that will go towards helping other patients at GWH.

Tim's brothers, Steve & Jase are cycling the full distance whilst his Step Dad Ben, Uncle Russell & Brother-in-Law Grant are cycling a 3rd of the way each.

Your support for all of us through this event is very much appreciated.

We will post updates and pictures after the event.
