On July 19th/20th I'll be taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge, which involves scaling the 3 highest mountains in England, Scotland & Wales, all within 24 hours.

The ascent of Ben Nevis will begin at 7am on Friday and hopefully by 7am on Saturday we'll have successfully climbed Scafell Pike & Snowdon too.

Mount Snowdon (Wales) 1,085 metres (3,560 ft)

Climbing all 3 mountains within 24 hours is going to be a tough challenge especially when you include the 500+ miles travelling between the peaks in a minibus.  That said, I'm confident of success and I hope I can count on your support by sponsoring me in aid of Help for Heroes, a charity which aims to provide better facilities for British servicemen & women wounded since September 2001.
