<p>Hi and thanks for stopping by my page.</p> <p>For those of you who know me&nbsp;quite well&nbsp;the thought of me walking 15 miles a day for 4 days up and down mountains in Poland has probably put a big smile on your face. What ever made me say yes to this challenge I have no idea other than a moment of madness plus its a great cause to raise money for.</p> <p>I have already lost 1 stone in weight&nbsp;through training and the wife thinks this is great because I am&nbsp;not snoring so much at night time.
