Story

On June 11th and 12th I'll be undertaking the National Three Peaks Challenge with several friends.  Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, Snowdon, (hopefully) within the space of 24 hours.  Total ascent and descent 9,800 feet.  Total miles walked 27.

Right.  So as I'm subjecting myself to this (actually I'm really looking forward to it) it's only right you exercise your finger by pressing a button and giving a bit of money to my chosen charity.

St David's Foundation provides a palliative care service in South Wales.  They helped look after my mother when she was suffering from terminal cancer, and with their help Mum was able to spend all but her last few hours at home with us.  They are true superstars.  They also rely on charity donations, so please dig deep.

Thanks.
